MicroClean for DeLine
Denver, Colorado-based high graphics corrugated printer, DeLine Box & Display, has purchased a MicroClean™ dry media anilox cleaning system. This cleaning system was chosen to ensure colour consistency on the company’s Göpfert five colour Evolution HBL rotary die-cutter.
DeLine’s Management became interested in the MicroClean technology following a strong endorsement from Wayne Millage of Allpak Trojan, who shared his success with the MicroClean technology in a similar application: "We do a lot of high-end process graphics and cell volume is critical. We would not be able to print as consistently and repeatedly as we do without this investment," comments Mr Millage. He continued to say that, as compared to previous cleaning methods, MicroClean "Totally eliminated the human factor as to how well the job was done. There is no mess to deal with, the crews like using it, and once loaded, you walk away and let it do its thing so no manpower is wasted."
These benefits, along with the low per-roll cleaning cost and eco-friendly aspects led DeLine’s management to request a demonstration of the equipment at Flexo Concepts'' Plymouth, Massachusetts headquarters.
